FINANCING OPTIONS FOR LOTS IN LA GUARIA, PAQUERA

OPTION I

PAYMENT IN FULL WITH 15% DISCOUNT
(valid until August 30, 2010)
In this option the buyer pays in full at a reduction of price of 15%

Furthermore: La Guaria will pay all the lawyer fees and transfer taxes.

OPTION II

DOWN PAYMENT AND EQUAL PAYMENTS FOR 3 YEARS

In this option the buyer pays off the lot in 36 equal payments amortized with 8% annual interest rate after a 25% down payment.

Furthermore: La Guaria and the Buyer will split the expenses of the lawyer and the transfer tax 50% / 50%

OPTION III

DOWN PAYMENT, INTEREST ONLY PAYMENTS FOR THREE YEARS, THE BALANCE DUE IN THREE YEARS

In this option the buyer puts down 25% of the selling price, and then makes monthly interest-only payments at 8% annual of the balance with the total balance due in full in three years.

Furthermore: The Buyer pays all expenses of the lawyer and the transfer taxes pertinent to this lot.
